Terms of Service

AEC Pilot is operated by 7Dimensions OÜ, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia (registry code 14770084).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and 7Dimensions OÜ (“we”, “us”), which operates AEC Pilot, and govern your use of the AEC Pilot website (aecpilot.com) and the AEC Pilot add-ins for Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Advance Steel, Navisworks, Inventor, 3ds Max and Robot Structural Analysis (the “Software”). By creating an account or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your internal professional use. Each license is valid for a single machine at a time; to move it to a new computer, release it under My Account › Licences and activate it on the new one, or contact us and we will release it for you.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password and license key confidential. You must not share your license key or allow unauthorized use of your account.

3. Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access and no payment required. We may limit trials to one per user and per machine to prevent abuse. When the trial ends, continued use requires a valid license.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Software or your license key.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent licensing or security measures, except where permitted by law.
• Disassemble or deobfuscate the Software, except where permitted by law.
• Extract or copy the Software’s knowledge base, prompts, tool definitions or other content, by automated means or otherwise, beyond what your normal use of the Software requires.
• Use the Software or its content to build, train or improve a competing product or service, including by having an AI tool analyse or reproduce it.
• Make the Software or its connectors available to other computers or users over a network, or let anyone else use it under your license.
• Use the Software in any unlawful way or in a manner that disrupts our services.

5. Fees and payment

Paid licenses are billed as described at the time of purchase. 7Dimensions OÜ issues the invoice, and card payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. We may change our prices, with changes applying to future purchases or renewals.

6. Intellectual property

The Software, website, and all related intellectual property are owned by us. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you beyond the limited license granted above.

7. Third-party software

AEC Pilot works with Autodesk software but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Autodesk. Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Advance Steel, Navisworks, Inventor, 3ds Max and Robot Structural Analysis are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. You are responsible for holding your own valid Autodesk licenses.

Pilot AI works with third-party AI services that you choose and connect with your own account or API key. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and any fees they charge are between you and them.

8. Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Answers and changes produced with Pilot AI can be wrong. Always review results before relying on them in production work.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or work, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Software and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Software abusively.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
