AEC Pilot affiliate terms

The terms of the AEC Pilot affiliate programme run by 7Dimensions OÜ, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia.

1. Joining

Any registered user of www.aecpilot.com may join under My Account → Affiliate. Individuals resident in Estonia may join only through a company or as a sole proprietor (FIE). 7Dimensions may decline or end a participation at any time.

2. Commission

You earn 20% of the net amount (excluding VAT) that a customer pays for the first year of an AEC Pilot subscription bought on www.aecpilot.com with your code. Renewals earn no commission. Your own purchases, and purchases by the company you work for, earn no commission.

3. Customer discount and tracking

Customers using your code receive 10% off their first year. A sale is credited to you when your code is applied to the order; your link applies it automatically for 60 days in the browser that opened it. When several codes or links are involved, the code on the order counts. Customers in a territory served by an exclusive AEC Pilot distributor (currently Italy, San Marino and Vatican City) are passed to that distributor; your commission is unchanged.

4. When commission is earned and paid

Commission is earned once the customer's payment has reached 7Dimensions and the 14-day refund period has passed; refunded sales earn none. Commission is paid every quarter by bank transfer (SEPA or SWIFT) to the IBAN you gave, once your balance is EUR 50 or more; a smaller balance carries over.

5. Invoices (self-billing) and taxes

You agree that 7Dimensions OÜ issues the invoice or payment statement for your commission on your behalf (self-billing). If you are VAT-registered in the EU, the reverse-charge mechanism applies. You are responsible for declaring your income and taxes in your country.

6. Fair promotion

Promote AEC Pilot honestly. Do not bid on "AEC Pilot" or its misspellings in paid search, send unsolicited e-mail, use misleading claims or coupon sites, or present yourself as 7Dimensions. Breaches void the commission concerned and end the participation.

7. Changes and end

7Dimensions may change these terms or end the programme with 30 days' notice by e-mail; commission earned until then is paid. You may leave at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
